Cynthia Lee is the former Curator and Director of Exhibitions at the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA) in New York City. Before pursuing her graduate degrees in socio-cultural anthropology at Columbia University, Cynthia worked for Hong Kong Caritas Refugee Services as a program officer in Hong Kong’s Vietnamese refugee camps, collaborating with asylum seekers to create educational programs, concert performances, and athletic tournaments for the camps’ residents. She is currently an independent public history/museum consultant.
