This photograph (click to enlarge) shows the work of tattoo artist Chuey Quintanar, who is based in Santa Fe Springs, CA. While the form of this work is directly influenced by the Japanese body tattoo legacy, the client and tattooer chose Mayan imagery and subjectivity.
